Yen did my nails today and I am MORE than satisfied!! She gets 10 stars and I will be back and back and back again!!

I am a guitar player. I play metal string acoustic fingerstyle, which really wears down my natural nails. I went to Yen to have some acrylic nails put on. She did a perfect job. The nails look natural and more importantly sound great on the guitar. If you want good guitar nails Yen is definitely the place to go in Tucson.

I absolutely loved it the woman who did my nails took her time and was super kind. I walked in there with an idea of what I wanted and walked out with even better. Super happy and will keep coming back!

Mt first time at Nails by Yen and I will definitely be going back! Amazing service, and they were able to get me in last minute for a full set of acrylics the same day. They did an excellent job, just what I wanted and the nails are beautiful. Very happy!

I highly recommend this place. They got me in right away and also accommodated my mom and friend. They were quick but very professional. I never had my nails done and they helped me with everything. I absolutely love my nails and toes and will be going back. They have such a wonderful friendly staff and the atmosphere is very relaxing and clean.

Wow, I’ve had my nails done all over the country when I travel but I can’t think of a time where my nails were given the attention to detail as they were at Nails by Yen. Outstanding job, easy to schedule and definitely worth it! Will definitely be back again when I’m in town on business.

I have never had a better set of nails put on anywhere in Arizona!! They did such an exceptional job, that I dragged my daughter there to have her get a set put on. Got my nails done for the first time at this salon and I’m thrilled. The atmosphere is pleasant, excellent customer service given and most of all my nails turned out great! I’ve been looking for a nail salon since I moved to AZ 7 months ago and I finally found it!

I’m obsessed with my nails! Yen is the one who did my nails today and she gave me what I asked for. Now I don’t ever give 5 star ratings because I am very critical of my nails, but I am today because I was very pleased with my experience for my first visit. So I must say I was only hesitant because for the last two years I’ve had the same lady do my nails and was sure no one could do them better because she was a perfectionist, took her time and did it all by hand. Now I chose Yen because of the other reviews online and I’m glad I did. I made an apt ahead of time, once I got there I waited maybe 5 min. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and kind. Yen was very gentle and which ment a lot because my nails are very thin and fragile. The shape of my nails is nearly perfect, (long thin natural coffin nails) a couple are uneven but only slightly that’s just my OCD though. I will for sure be returning.

It was my first time visiting this salon and it won’t be my last. I’ve been to MANY other salons all around tucson and have had horrible experiences else where, but here at Nails by Yen it was outstanding! David gave me a new full set (the one I had on was very uneven and ugly) and he made my new set flawless! All even in shape, length, and size. The bottom was completely smoothed out. He took his time and he was very sweet and gentle. You can tell he definitely cares about his customers and his work. I also had a pedicure by Thu I believe and she was very sweet and friendly and absolute a doll talking to! It is a little bit more pricey than what I’ve paid at other salons, but the overall experience and outcome of my nails is SO worth it.

Absolutely the best manicure ever! They didn’t have an appointment for the short notice I gave them so the owner David did accommodated me and did them himself.

I was reluctant to get acrylic nails because they often look very fake and tacky; however, these look amazing and very natural.

David really takes care of his customers he said if I broke a nail they would be happy to fix them.

The environment was great as well! The employees all seemed happy and friendly. I didn’t feel ignored like I have at previous salons or like they were talking about me in a different language.

Overall a fantastic experience!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I have yet to have a bad experience here. The managers both do excellent work and are the only ones I have personally gone to, but the ladies that walk out of here after a service are always in a great mood. I lived central for awhile and went religiously for fills until I moved to the Northwest Side of town. I didn’t get my nails done for almost 2 months before I was going to try somewhere new that was closer and just couldn’t convince myself to risk it when I know the Nails by Yen salon actually listens to what you want. I will most likely never go anywhere else as long as this nail salon is around.

Nails by Yen is the best nail salon in Tucson. I have been a customer for over 2 years. David, Yen and all of the specialists will take care of you in a professional, courteous and caring way. Pedicure, manicure, shellac, brow, you name it, they are fairly priced for all. Walk-ins are welcomed but it’s best to make an appointment. I would disregard the couple of 1 star reviews and trust the 49 other 5 star reviews. I have never had an experience as they describe. Treat yourself today!

By far best nail place in Tucson, and trust me, I have tried them all. It’s a little bit of a drive for me but so worth it! I came in with a pretty botched up full set from another place and I was sure they would just have to take them off and start fresh but David reshaped them and made them look absolutely amazing! I could not ask for anything better. Definitely the place to go if you’re in Tucson.

I have been going to Nails by Yen for about 18 months after spending more than 2 years searching Tucson area for a consistent outstanding quality nail salon at a great price with friendly, warm, and helpful people. That is this place. Yen does my gel manicures every other week and I get a monthly pedicure by numerous other of the women at the salon and always come away pleased. They treat people with respect and when I haven’t liked something (which wasn’t often) they fixed it right away. True sometimes they are busy and the phone rings but isn’t this a sign of a good business?? Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. I NEVER AM!

Incredible nail salon experience! David worked on my french tip, gel manicure and it came out superb (all free hand). They made me feel welcomed and comfortable, there’s real effort in their work and their skill is phenomenal. I had to review this awesome nail salon! I found it on Yelp and the ratings were tops. I called for an appointment and all my questions were answered. Wow! That was a new one for me. From the first time i walked into this beautiful salon I was welcomed with a smile and greeting. David does my nails and I can’t help but to mention how many compliments I get on my nails daily. I work in a professional atmosphere daily and my nails need to look their best. If you want to find the “Best Nail Salon In Tucson” you will fall in love with this hidden gem.

Finally, after 3 years of searching here in Tucson I found David at this friendly and clean shop. David is a true gem. It’s so obvious that he values quality in his work. He’s very knowlegable about his profession. I have beautiful nails now that hold up perfectly between appointments. He is also very accommodating with scheduling appointments and is always on time.
